ViaBill is a payment solution that empowers you to “Buy Now and Pay Later” in simple, interest-free installments. We break down the total cost of your purchase into smaller payments, spread over at least 4 months. We charge 25% of the purchase on your debit or credit card upon purchase.. We’ll then charge the monthly payment to your card every month. No interest or processing fees are charged to you – as long as you pay everything off on time, you only pay for what you ordered!
When you complete a purchase with ViaBill, the merchant ships your product immediately – so you get to enjoy your item before you’re finished paying for it!
ViaBill automates the remaining payments through whichever payment method you have on file, with text and email reminders before each payment is processed. You can always log in to your account and change your payment method. Additionally, if you want to pay off your orders early, you can do so at no extra cost.
Once you’re ready to check out, select ViaBill as a payment method. Returning customers will log in, and new customers will need to create an account and provide a payment method. After you’re approved and you complete the checkout, the merchant will ship your products just like they would with any other payment method.

While our goal is to be able to approve every order, there are some situations where we might not be able to approve your order.
There’s no catch! ViaBill is completely interest-free for shoppers. Merchants pay us a fee, so you can Buy Now and Pay Later.
To use ViaBill, you must be 18 years or older (19 years or older in Alabama or if you are a ward of the state and live in Nebraska) and have a valid U.S. mobile number, debit or credit card, and email address.
If you’re worried about credit checks, don’t worry! ViaBill doesn’t qualify as a credit product per United States regulations (Reg Z), so there is no credit check processed.
Do you have enough funds available? Typically, we check to make sure you have at least 25% of the total order cost available at the time the order is placed.
Did you use a prepaid card? We only take valid debit or credit cards, so try to add one of those.
The overall amount outstanding on your account. Paying off any due amounts can help increase your likelihood of approval.
The overall value of your new order. Reducing the order amount, or splitting it into smaller transactions, can help!
Payment methods linked to your account. Adding another debit card, credit card or bank account can help us better understand your repayment ability, which can help get orders approved!
We don’t perform any credit checks and therefore won’t affect your credit score in any way.
While this is something we look to offer in the future, it is not something we currently offer. However, if you fail to make your payments and the overdue amount must be turned over to a collections agency, that may be reported to the credit bureaus.
We’ve made checkout fast and easy! Simply select ViaBill at checkout, and either log back in or create the account and add a payment method. We do secure checkout by sending a one-time-password to your phone, so please make sure your phone is nearby! Our system will then look at the order and make a decision on whether or not we’re able to approve you.
This process typically takes less than two minutes for new customers and just a couple of seconds for returning customers.
You’ll receive confirmation through your email, and you can always log in to your ViaBill dashboard to check on the payment amounts and due dates.
If you have questions about your order after checkout, like changing a quantity or when your item will ship, please reach out to the merchant directly.
While we strive to offer all applications a payment plan through ViaBill, we aren’t able to approve every order. If you aren’t approved, we notify you instantly – and then you can checkout as normal using a credit card or debit card, or whatever other payment methods the merchant supports.
Our system assesses each order individually and takes into account multiple factors. The main factors are if you have enough funds available (we like to see at least 25% of the total price available) and the overall amount of the order you’re trying to place (lowering the amount can often help).
We do understand that it can be frustrating to not have a clear limit, like with a credit card. However, our unique approval process is what helps allow us to have a system that is at no extra cost to you.
We believe security is critically important. That’s why ViaBill doesn’t hold your credit card information. Instead, it’s with one of the most secure companies in the world – Stripe.
Once you receive your login info for MyViaBill (which should arrive once your order has shipped), you can navigate to the “Profile” section and click on “Preferred Settlement.” From there, you can enter either a partial payment or the full outstanding balance. When you confirm, we will directly charge your card/account on file for the amount specified and clear your balance.
